Understanding your insurance and what it covers is very important. However, it is also important to understand that here at Dr. Parsons' office we want to make sure that the dental care that helps provide you excellent oral and overall health is not neglected due to insurance restrictions.
Dental Insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance provider. If you would like to speak with any of our front desk personnel here in our dental office, they will gladly clarify any dental insurance questions you may have. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. Our office allows 60 days for insurance companies to remit their portion, after which time, you are responsible for the full amount.
Dental insurance has limitations that we, as your dental provider, do not control. However, if you speak with any of our front desk personnel here at Dr. Parsons' office, we will gladly answer any questions you may have.
As a form of payment for your dental care, our office accepts cash, personal checks, medical reimbursement plans, most major credit cards, and Care Credit. We are always happy to file your insurance for your reimbursement.
